We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Support Co-ordinator to work alongside people living within ihAg accommodation. You must be skilled in engaging with people who have a range of complex needs, and enabling them to identify their own strengths and goals. You will be knowledgeable in trauma-informed approach and be willing to work flexibly to support each individual’s needs.

The Trustees are Directors of the company and form the voluntary management committee. The Board meets approximately every two months to review the strategic, financial and operational position of ihAg, and agree future priorities.

All volunteers are trained and supported by the management team to ensure they all feel part of the success story we share. In addition, for most roles we can cover childcare costs and travel expenses. In return, we ask for the same level of commitment and professionalism provided by our paid staff.
